The WIN EURASIA event at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Centre in Istanbul, Turkey, has now been postponed to 18-21 June 2020, in response to the latest coronavirus (COVID-19/Sars-CoV-2) developments. WIN EURASIA 2020 will showcase a range of technologies from sheet metal processing to metal forming technologies; automation services to electric and electronic equipment and hydraulic & pneumatic services to intralogistics.

“We have held discussions with numerous exhibitors from WIN EURASIA 2020 – both in Turkey and abroad – and now have a good understanding of the overall mood. Almost all our exhibitors, visitors and partners stated that they support the staging of WIN later in 2020; only a small number of companies asked us not to postpone the event,” said the show organiser, Hannover Fairs Turkey Fuarcılık A.Ş.

“Airlines have cancelled numerous flights between Turkey, Iran, Italy and mainland China. In addition, many companies are currently introducing travel and meeting restrictions as well as updating their sick leave regulations. For these reasons, many trade visitors from in- and outside Turkey requested the postponement, which Turkey’s industrial associations also support. Although there are currently no cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19/Sars-CoV-2) in Turkey, the health of our exhibitors, partners, visitors and employees is always our top priority,” said the show organiser.

Manufacturing processes and technological innovation will come together at WIN EURASIA 2020, and the Industry 4.0 concept and future vision for the industry will be discussed by experts in seminars during the event. The event encompasses six trade fairs under one roof – CeMAT EURASIA; IAMD EURASIA; Industrial Energy Systems EURASIA; Metalworking EURASIA; Surface Technology EURASIA and Welding EURASIA.
