North American robot orders increase 67% in Q2 2021

Robot orders in the second quarter of 2021 in North America were up by 67% over the same period in 2020, showing a return to pre-COVID 19 pandemic demand for automation as manufacturers and other North American companies return to business.

A double-first for Taiwan

500 robots for Ford factory in Cologne

Automation specialist and industrial robot manufacturer, FANUC, has received another major order in the field of e-mobility. Scheduled for delivery in 2022, the company will supply Ford’s Cologne factory in Germany with around 500 robots to assist in the construction of electric car bodies.
